A Vintage French Confit Pot from France. This is a lovely example of a stoneware French confit pot that dates from the early 1900s. This is in excellent condition and is of quite a large size and has many uses such as a vase, food storage, utensils storage etc. Originally these were used all over France and used for storing salt, lard, salted lemons, pickles, olives, meat terrines, rillettes etc.

Vintage French Stoneware Kitchen Canister sourced from Central France. The marking “Farine” meaning flour and the flowers / cockerel are in mint condition. The container is marked Made in France, is made by the famous Limoges pottery and dates from the 1970s. The glaze is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This could be used in your kitchen to store dry goods or used to display flowers.

Vintage French Earthenware Salt Glaze Brown Bottle

Vintage French Earthenware Salt Glaze Brown Bottle made in France. The company on the label is Rocher Freres. The distillery was founded in 1677 in La Cote Saint Andre in France by a man named Barthelemy Rocher. It has gone through quite a few name changes and mergers and is going under the company name of Cherry Rocher these days. This bottle is one of the larger ones and has the original paper label which is extremely rare! This one dates from the late 1800s and is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This would make a wonderful addition to a country or rustic kitchen.

Vintage Stoneware Food Storage Containers x 3 sourced from England. This is a lovely set of stoneware containers. The one marked “celery” is made by Moira Stoneware in Burton-on-Trent and dates from the 1980s. The salt glaze is in excellent condition with no chips. The second pot is marked “dripping” is unmarked but I believe it is made by Pearsons of Chesterfield is the maker and dates from the 1970s. The glaze is in excellent condition with no chips. The third container is marked “vinegar” and is marked with Pearsons of Chesterfield and dates from the 1970s. The glaze is in excellent condition with no chips,

Vintage Stoneware Ink Bottles and Virol Bone Marrow Jar sourced from England. This is a lovely set of two stoneware ink jars and a Virol bone marrow jar. All three are unmarked and there are no chips or cracks in the salt glaze. They are in excellent condition for their age. The ink pots date from the 1930s and the bone marrow jar from the 1920s.
